In life, we develop relationships in different ways and so we are going to be discussing topics that include broad and specific relationships and then shift back into global relationships.

The corona virus situation has made it difficult for people to maintain social bonds that are necessary and without them our brains aren't developing in the way they are designed to develop. And if we're not actively pursuing social interactions then we'll begin to feel separated and this increases the stress levels that are already stressed out.

When stress is taking a lot of energy from your physical body then you're not going to have the energy to continue developing relationships in the same way that you did and we are going to discuss how we can reduce our stress to develop healthier relationships.
